Investigative Consultants

Offering a 4-6 week contract, with possible extension, at a rate of £170 per day. Full time/Part time hours can be considered.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Conduct thorough investigations
* Retrieve and review CCTV evidence
* Identify and interview suspects and witnesses
* Prepare comprehensive case files for prosecution
* Outside enquiries and statement taking
* Support the timely progression of cases through the Criminal Justice system
* Collaborate with other team members and integrate with existing Police operations
Person Specification
* PIP2 qualified or time served experience
* Previous experience using HOLMES (desirable)
* Extensive experience in conducting complex criminal investigations
* Strong understanding of CCTV analysis
* Proficiency in interview techniques for both suspects and witnesses
* Experience in preparing case files for prosecution
* Proficiency in relevant police IT systems
* Current vetting would be ideal
The role is subject to NPPV2 vetting.
