About the Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within a specialist market. Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and engage top talent to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess job specifications and create compelling job advertisements
  • Qualify and screen candidates through phone and video interviews
  • Manage the interview and offer process to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a network of clients and candidates to drive business growth
  • Gain in-depth market knowledge and leverage it to expand market share
  • Pitch for retained business opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a driven, personable, and entrepreneurial individual with excellent communication skills. Sales experience is beneficial, but not essential. You should be able to demonstrate:
