Vantage Consulting are a multi award winning recruitment business ranked within the top 2% of recruitment companies in the UK. We are a leading multi-brand recruitment specialist operating in niche, growth and scarce resource STEM markets, delivering mid to executive level talent to a global client base.
As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in some of the most profitable recruitment sectors in the world.
Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video

To be successful for the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant you'll be highly driven and able to build strong relationships, ideally within a sales environment.
