Role Overview

This role will be full-time, Monday to Friday, with hybrid options available after the probation/training period. The primary focus of the role is to work with subject matter experts and trainers to develop training materials that support a range of courses delivered at the organization.

About the Role

The Training Officer will play a key role in developing high-quality training content to support the delivery of courses at Hamlin Knight. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts and trainers to understand course requirements and develop tailored training solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including course design, development, and delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders as required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days annual leave, a contributory pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
