Hamlin Knight, a reputable and forward-thinking membership body based in Warwick, seeks an experienced Training Officer to join their fun and friendly team. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options available after the probation/training period.

The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to develop high-quality training materials that support a range of courses delivered at four different levels. To achieve this, the Training Officer will be responsible for:

  1. Creating engaging and informative training content that meets the needs of diverse learners;
  2. Working closely with the training team to design and deliver comprehensive training programs;
  3. Maintaining accurate records of training activities, including course evaluations and participant feedback;

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the success of Hamlin Knight's training initiatives.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
