We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at a major food manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and prioritize continuous improvement projects to drive performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with shop floor teams to optimize OEE and key performance areas
  • Develop project plans to drive the operation from good to great
  • Analyze data to facilitate performance improvements across the unit

About You:

  • Strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG
  • Project management expertise with a proactive, action-oriented approach
  • Performance-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering results
