Drive Operational Excellence as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead key projects and elevate performance at our major food manufacturing site.

You will be part of a dynamic senior management team, working closely with shop floor teams to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other key performance areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and prioritize continuous improvement projects that drive real results
  • Develop project plans to optimize factory processes and equipment
  • Analyze data to facilitate performance improvements across the unit
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Lead by example, promoting a performance-driven culture and continuous learning
About You:

We are looking for a strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG. You should have project management expertise, a proactive approach, and a performance-driven mindset.
