Drive Operational Excellence as a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to spearhead key projects and elevate performance at our major food manufacturing site.


About the Role

You will be part of a dynamic senior management team, responsible for evaluating, identifying, and prioritizing continuous improvement projects that drive real impact.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize continuous improvement projects to optimize OEE and key performance areas
  • Work closely with shop floor teams to develop and implement process improvements
  • Analyze data to facilitate performance improvements across the unit
  • Develop project plans to drive operational excellence and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

A strong background in Continuous Improvement or Factory Management, ideally within the food industry or FMCG

Project management expertise with a proactive, action-oriented approach

A performance-driven, self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering results
