We are seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence at a major food manufacturing site.

You will be part of a dynamic senior management team, spearheading key projects to elevate performance and efficiency.

As an expert in factory processes and equipment, you will work closely with the shop floor teams to optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other key performance areas.
