About the Role

Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Fibre Broadband Installation Engineer to join our team in the Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fibre broadband infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain fibre broadband infrastructure, including FTTP fibre installations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet service level agreements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fibre broadband issues
  • Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify fibre broadband installation requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fibre broadband installation and maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of fibre broadband infrastructure and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driver's license and ability to travel to various locations
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and overtime as required
