About the Role

Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Fibre Broadband Installation Engineer to join our team in the Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fibre broadband infrastructure to support our growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain fibre broadband infrastructure in residential areas
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our service level agreements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fibre broadband issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest fibre broadband technologies and best practices
  • Travel to various locations within the UK, with accommodation provided when required
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fibre broadband installation and maintenance
  • Strong technical knowledge of fibre broadband infrastructure and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driver's license and ability to travel
  • Medical fitness to perform physical tasks, including climbing poles
