About the Role

Nano Fibre UK is a fast-growing company committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through our fibre broadband engineers in the Oxford area.

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our team as fibre broadband installation engineers. Whether you have experience in fibre broadband installations or are looking to transition into this field, we offer full training and accreditation support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain fibre broadband infrastructure in residential areas
  • Work effectively in a team environment to meet customer service targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Travel to different locations within the UK, with accommodation provided when required
  • Work irregular hours and overtime as needed to achieve our customer service targets
  • Be medically fit and able to perform physical tasks, including climbing poles
Requirements
  • Experience in a networking engineering environment (training provided for the right candidate)
  • FTTP fibre installation experience (not essential, but a plus)
  • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driver's licence
