Job Summary:

Nano Fibre UK is seeking a skilled Fibre Broadband Installation Specialist to join our team in the Oxford area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing fibre broadband connections into homes and supporting our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install fibre broadband connections into homes, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve customer service targets and meet SLA KPIs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Travel to different locations within the UK, with accommodation provided when required.
  • Work irregular hours and overtime as needed to meet customer service targets.
  • Be medically fit and able to perform physical tasks, including climbing poles.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a networking engineering environment, with a proven track record of fibre broadband installation.
  • FTTP fibre installation experience is preferred, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
  • Good logical skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a willingness to find the best customer solutions.
  • A valid UK driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
