About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing complex Employee Relations casework from start to finish.

The successful candidate will have senior HR experience, trade union relationship experience, and highly specialist ER knowledge. They will also be educated to a postgraduate level or equivalent, and hold full membership of CIPD (MCIPD) or be eligible to apply for this status.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex ER casework from start to finish
  • Advise and support managers and ER colleagues on organisational change
  • Provide guidance on all aspects of Employee Relations, policies, procedures, and good practice
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with trade unions and workplace representatives
