About the Role
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and clerical support to the multi-disciplinary team based on the Bone Infection Unit (BIU). The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be able to communicate confidently and manage their own workload effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative and clerical support to the ward team in accordance with departmental and trust policies.
- Ensure all relevant systems and processes are kept up to date to ensure smooth patient care from admission to discharge.
- Support and guide colleagues internally and externally in a professional and informed manner.
Requirements
- Good IT skills and experience of using EPR (Electronic Patient Records) systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to prioritize own workload and meet deadlines.
- NHS experience or experience in a customer service environment is desirable.
