An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retailer Relationship Director to join our customer service team in Bracknell. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing our customer service offering on an interim basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and building upon strong relationships with retailers and colleagues to be the 'Lender of Choice'.
- Promoting a culture of integrity, leading by example and encouraging best practice to ensure excellent retailer relationships.
- Motivating and managing the team to deliver exceptional service excellence and maintain retailer relationships.
- Delivering service to retailers in line with Consumer Duty rules and ensuring the right outcomes for customers.
About £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
