About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Senior Psychologist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will play a vital role in providing specialist psychology assessment, one-to-one and group interventions to clients experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues.

Main Responsibilities
  1. To provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions to clients with complex mental health needs.
  2. To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement systemic interventions that promote positive outcomes for clients.
  3. To contribute to the development and implementation of psychology-led services and initiatives that improve the mental health and wellbeing of our community.
  4. To provide supervision and support to junior staff members, promoting their professional development and growth.
  5. To engage in research and audit activities to inform service development and improvement.
