Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate our Front Office system, checking in and out guests, and managing room allocations.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Process payments and manage guest accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Good telephone manner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
