About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check in and out guests using our Front Office operating system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process new bookings and amendments, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
