The Capacity, Release, and Deployment Manager plays a key role in the Network Service Management team, specializing in strategic and operational aspects of Capacity Management, Release Management, and Deployment Management.

This role ensures the network's capacity aligns with dynamic service demands, guaranteeing optimal performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire Capacity Management process, ensuring the network infrastructure is scaled to meet service requirements efficiently.
  • Provide authoritative guidance on capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource optimization.
  • Manage release schedules, oversee the development of release plans, and ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Direct Deployment Management activities, from planning and scheduling to the successful implementation of network changes.
  • Act as a consultant to the Network Service Manager, recommending appropriate service levels and options to meet current and future business needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in capacity management, release, and deployment within IT or network operations environments.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage activities and processes, with experience in structured roles such as Network Operations, Governance, or Reporting within IT.
  • Proven experience building capacity models, creating forecasting plans, and conducting in-depth analysis.
  • Understanding of strategic planning, validation methods, and industry best practices.
  • Working knowledge of the Service Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application to capacity and release management.
  • CompTIA Network+ certification and familiarity with ISO 27001 standards.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred, not required).
