About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market and Capacity Manager to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our experienced team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key capacity providers and insurers.
  • Work closely with our MGA broking teams and DUAL underwriting teams to achieve strategic alignment between existing and prospective capacity providers.
  • Build a strong understanding of the insurers' businesses and their needs to identify opportunities for collaboration and capacity development.
  • Deliver data reporting and analysis to support our business objectives and maintain oversight of key capacity providers.
  • Support the wider DUAL Markets team on initiatives and projects that contribute to our success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a relationship management or broking/underwriting role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the London Market operations and composite/Lloyd's insurer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to manage expectations and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
