About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our HR team at Loveday & Co Enterprise. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for applicants applying to join our luxury care homes, including our respite service, Loveday at Home.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for all employees
  • Accountable for drafting up job descriptions and posting roles on our ATS
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of all our care homes
  • Organising all interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Accountable for drafting all written offers of employment into an employment contract
  • Support in the gathering of HR metrics
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders including hiring managers and external suppliers
  • Deliver on ad-hoc projects as allocated
  • Support in gathering payroll data each pay period
  • Support the HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings
  • Complete weekly HOD report
  • Assist and manage all absences with the HODs in line with Bradford Factor

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Experience of using ATS and HRIS, ideally Harri and HiBob
  • Efficient and organised
  • Experience of working within a compliance setting is desirable, but not essential
  • Confident in communicating with people at all levels of seniority
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with a sense of accuracy and great attention to detail
