Your new role at cipd.co - Jobboard involves providing a Trust HR administration and payroll liaison service. You will act as the point of contact for contractual and Payroll queries, ensuring adherence to legislation and best practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR administration and payroll liaison services to the Trust.
- Act as the point of contact for contractual and Payroll queries.
- Administer starter/leaver contractual change processes, including letters of appointment and contract change letters.
- Process contractual paperwork in accordance with Policy templates and Trust toolkits.
- Upload weekly absences onto relevant software.
You will work closely with the Director of People and Academy Principals to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function.
