As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be a key ambassador for Home Instead, promoting our brand and values to potential candidates. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide exceptional support to our Care Professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality Care Professionals
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks and Right to Work checks
- Utilize recruitment data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Care Professionals, and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the care industry
- Strong understanding of legislation and regulations related to recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends
