Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality Care Professionals
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks and Right to Work checks
  • Utilize recruitment data to inform decision-making and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Care Professionals, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the care industry
  • Strong understanding of legislation and regulations related to recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends
