We are seeking a highly skilled research scientist to contribute to our cutting-edge projects in chemical biology and genome structure.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline and a strong track record of innovative research. They will be based at the Cancer Research UK's Cambridge Institute and work closely with our team.
About the Role:
This is a fixed-term position available for 2 years, with an estimated salary range of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. We welcome applications from individuals who wish to work part-time or other flexible arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct independent and collaborative research on genome structure and function.
- To develop and apply new methods in sequencing technologies and genome-targeting.
- To contribute to the development of new therapeutic targets and biomarkers for cancer.
