Job Overview

Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Aerodynamicist to join our team. As a key member of our aerodynamics department, you will play a critical role in delivering the aerodynamic objectives of our race cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of aerodynamic solutions to improve car performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aerodynamic intent is realized
  • Analyze and interpret wind tunnel and computational fluid dynamics test results
  • Develop and implement efficient aerodynamic development methodologies and processes
  • Mentor and develop junior team members

Requirements:

  • Excellent engineering degree with specialization in aerodynamics or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics and ability to apply knowledge
  • Several years of recent experience in Formula 1 aerodynamic development
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
