About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and confident Event & Sales Manager to join our team at Live Recruitment. As a key member of our agency, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-profile corporate events and annual themed events in prestigious venues across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, taking and negotiating briefs, and managing events from conception to completion.
  • Pick up leads and follow up with clients, sourcing venues, and negotiating rates.
  • Prepare client-facing proposals, conduct venue show rounds, and manage external supplier relationships.
  • Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and provide onsite management where required.
  • Attend site visits, FAM trips, and create onsite documentation.

Requirements

  • Event management or venue finding experience from an agency environment.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, work in a client-facing role, and think on your feet.
  • Strong knowledge of London venues and a confident, driven attitude.
