Responsibilities:
  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties in one-to-one and small group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to develop tailored support plans.
  • Use evidence-based interventions to promote student wellbeing and reduce stress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Foster a positive school culture that values diversity, inclusion, and mutual respect.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with vulnerable students or in a similar support capacity.
  • A strong understanding of social, emotional, and mental health principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is between £419.25 and £500 per week, depending on experience.
