Caregiver

At Home Instead, we are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Caregiver. As a Caregiver, you will provide high-quality support and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

You will be responsible for visiting clients on a regular basis, building strong relationships with them, and delivering exceptional care tailored to their needs. • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing and independence.
• Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Travel to clients' homes to deliver care services, ensuring punctuality and reliability at all times.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driving license are essential.
• A caring and friendly disposition, with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends.
• No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

• An estimated salary of £13.40-£14.40 per hour, plus 35p/mile mileage reimbursement.
