Maintenance and Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Outage & Projects Engineer to join our team at OLG Recruitment. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of plant outages and projects.
Reporting directly to the Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, developing and implementing project plans, and managing budgets and resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Developing and implementing project plans
- Managing budgets and resources
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A suitable candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably HNC or equivalent level, and previous experience in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
A competitive salary of approximately £58,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, eye test and glasses contribution, and online company discount benefits site.
