Residential Mental Health Support Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Residential Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at London Tenders. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults with severe and enduring mental illness, providing them with the support and care they need to thrive.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be based in the UK and will be responsible for providing high-quality residential mental health support services to residents.

About the Role:

  • This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, understanding, and compassion.
  • You will work closely with residents, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure they receive the best possible care and support.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To assess the needs of each resident and develop personalized support plans to meet those needs.
  2. To provide emotional support and guidance to residents, helping them to manage their mental health and reach their full potential.
  3. To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other agencies to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
