">At Brook Street Social Care, we offer an exciting chance to work with one of our clients in Aycliffe Centre, Durham. As a Community Support Worker, you will be part of a team providing specialist accommodation and support services to young people with complex needs.
">Your Key Responsibilities
">This role requires you to act as a 'keyworker' for the young people, engage with them, administer medication when necessary, and maintain accurate records. You will also contribute to the overall well-being of the residents by providing stimulating educational and physical activities.

">We are seeking someone with a background in care, or those willing to learn. The ideal candidate will have a passion for care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
