Lunchtime Supervisor Job Description:

We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). This role is responsible for supervising students during lunchtime, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and helping to promote positive behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children or in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students during lunchtime to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes positive behaviors among students.
  • Work with students to resolve conflicts and maintain accurate records of incidents and issues.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities as required.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
