Job Description: Educational Assistant - SEND Provision

Smile Education is looking for a skilled Educational Assistant to support children in SEND schools across the Burton area. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive the best possible education and care.

About the Position:

  • Provide direct support to students in the classroom, assisting with lessons and activities
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educational staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support

Salary and Benefits: We offer a generous salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
