About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Emergency Nurse Assistant in the Minor Injuries Unit. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our Emergency Practitioners in managing day-to-day injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat patients in the Minor Injuries Unit, working alongside our Nurse and Paramedic Practitioners to deliver excellent clinical care.
  • Welcoming patients, triage assessment, use of clinical computer systems, booking outpatient appointments, wound care, dressings, and plastering.
  • Working weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with flexibility to work in other bases when required.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent previous experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, basic literacy and numeracy, basic nursing skills, and basic IT literacy.
