About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, while also sourcing and developing new business opportunities in the Yorkshire area.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in plant sales, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build trust with customers. You will be responsible for representing our brand and taking ownership of sales in your territory, with a focus on maximising profit potential and achieving agreed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the brand and take responsibility for the sale of capital equipment in the territory
  • Maximise profit potential on each sale
  • Meet or exceed agreed sales targets
  • Provide all necessary information to the Sales Support department to facilitate order processing and machine delivery
  • Carry out new machine demonstrations in line with company procedure
  • Accurately complete all sales-related documents, including warranty and service contracts
  • Utilise and maintain CRM system to track sales opportunities, market intelligence, and forecasting
  • Attend and engage in shows and exhibitions as required
Requirements
  • Experience in plant sales with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with CRM systems - desirable
  • Sales training or development of sales skills - desirable
