About the Opportunity

The Global Benefits Consultant - Risk Management and Compliance Lead will play a critical role in designing and governing benefits plans, programs, and policies across the EMEA Region. This includes partnering with EMEA HR Generalists, in-country vendors, and other stakeholders to design and govern benefits that support the physical, financial, and emotional wellness of employees.

This position requires strong governance skills, including established governance routines applicable to benefit programs, ensuring effective management of various risks associated with benefit programs. Additionally, you will look for opportunities to mitigate these risks within the bank's governance framework.

The successful candidate will work closely with the wider Benefits and Pensions leads to ensure effective cover of host country benefits during assignment. You will also be responsible for the governance and management of legacy international pension plans based offshore, working with Trustee and Tax advisors to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities include developing project frameworks, keeping stakeholders informed, and collaborating with partners and stakeholders across HR and outside of HR. Strong analytical and project management skills are essential for this role, along with attention to detail, benchmarking, reporting, research, vendor management, collaboration, emotional intelligence, prioritization, process mapping, and process simplification.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per annum
