Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Risk Manager to join our Global Benefits Risk & Compliance (GBRC) team. As a Senior Benefits Risk Manager, you will work with global policy, process, and system owners to design, administer, and test the organization's global health, wellness, and other related employee benefit programs. You will evaluate these programs from a risk and compliance perspective, researching legal and regulatory obligations with local labor and employment attorneys.

Your key responsibilities will include consulting with global legal and HR policy, process, and system owners to ensure that sound protocols are in place to mitigate the risks inherent in employee benefits programs and activities. You will identify, assess, and monitor known and emerging risks; and develop and own action items to remediate identified risk issues.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should have experience in benefits management, preferably in a multinational organization or consulting firm. In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and best practices in the EMEA region is also essential. The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
