Job Opportunity: Residential Childcare Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at 21 HSC Limited. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people in our residential services
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our service users
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with children and young people, ideally in a residential setting
  • SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) and/or HNC in Social Services or equivalent
  • Ability to work towards these qualifications if not already held
