Residential Childcare Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at 21HSC LIMITED.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in our residential services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering person-centred care and support to children
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
Requirements:
- Qualifications and experience in childcare or a related field
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children
What We Offer:
