Group Revenue Manager

Baron's Eden is seeking a highly skilled Group Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for our hotel and spa destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
  • Lead the commercial, yield, and distribution strategy for our properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze booking patterns and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and yielding.
  • Refresh and analyze production reports to track the success of offers and promotions.
  • Compare and analyze actual performance against forecasted performance and deliver results to relevant departments and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with the Marketing Team and OTA partners to monitor campaigns successfully.
  • Develop price models for seasonal promotions and events to optimize revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Revenue Management at a senior level.
  • Experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations.
  • Strong ability to report and analyze revenue gaps and performance data.
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence.
