HR Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our client's team on the Fylde Coast. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employment-related cases
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Support change projects across the organization, driving positive transformation
  • Develop and maintain HR reports for management, informing strategic decisions
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, promoting a positive work culture
  • Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive business growth
