Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, with a proven background as an HR professional working with senior management stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
