About the Role

As a Senior Clinician, you will facilitate recovery, empower participants to make positive choices, and contribute to building a robust evidence base for effective support strategies.

You will work closely with the Clinical Team Leader and provide supervision to the team's clinicians.

Work Environment

Preston office location, on Wurundjeri Country. Full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE), permanent role.

About You

  • You will have a sound understanding of trauma and its impacts on attachment and developmental milestones for young people.
  • You will hold a Bachelor degree level or higher qualification in a Health or Welfare related field such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology, Art Therapy or related discipline.
  • You will have a sound understanding of the complexities of the service system and be able to provide direct service in the clinical assessment and treatment of young people and families.
  • You will have a sound understanding and demonstrated ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and community.
  • You will have experience in providing high-quality clinical supervision to staff.
