Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our court team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with families to deliver intensive interventions and develop safe parenting skills. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with families to deliver intensive interventions and develop safe parenting skills.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and assessments for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver exceptional services for Hillingdon residents.
  • Participate in court work, preparation of assessments, and evidence for court.
Requirements
  • Qualified and experienced Social Worker with a strong background in Children's social work.
  • Post-qualifying training in social work, with a focus on child protection and family support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional services for Hillingdon residents.
