Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Social Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with families to deliver intensive interventions and develop safe parenting skills. You will also be involved in court work, preparation of assessments, and care planning for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with families to deliver intensive interventions and develop safe parenting skills.
  • Be involved in court work, preparation of assessments, and care planning for children and young people.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to deliver the best possible outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
Requirements
  • Qualified and experienced Social Worker with a strong background in Children's social work.
  • Post-qualifying training in a relevant area, such as child protection or family support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
