Service Desk Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting Managing Directors and Investment Banking Floors globally. Working in a dedicated team of help desk support analysts, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your quick learning abilities and adapt to the environment you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge of technical systems and processes
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
What We Offer:
- A competitive daily rate of £120 - £130 (inside IR35 via umbrella)
- A 12-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
