Job Description

TP ICAP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve IT-related incidents and service requests.
  • Incident Management: Log, troubleshoot, and manage IT incidents and service requests using the Service Now IT Service Management portal.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with employees and clients to provide status updates and resolve issues.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update knowledge articles and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the service desk experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role, preferably in a financial services organization.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of IT service management tools and processes, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL Certification: ITIL v3 or v4 foundation certification.
  • Service Desk Experience: Experience working in a service desk or help desk environment, preferably in a financial services organization.
