Key Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Management and Compliance:
    • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, insured, taxed, and ready for deployment.
    • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections during check-in and check-out, including fuel, oil levels, and AdBlue checks.
    • Schedule and manage MOTs, services, mechanical repairs, and bodywork with approved workshops, ensuring timely completion.
    • Maintain regular communication with garages to document work and costs on the ATA Platform or spreadsheets.
    • Monitor telematics systems, ensuring cameras and trackers are operational, addressing issues promptly.
    • Perform regular vehicle checks in the yard, manage battery maintenance for stored vehicles, and oversee fleet health audits.
    • Manage Purchase Order (PO) sheets, ensuring proper onboarding of new suppliers and tracking insurance platform updates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Extract, analyze, and interpret data to identify patterns and trends.
    • Conduct statistical analysis to predict trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Prepare and present reports with recommendations to management to improve fleet operations and cost-efficiency.
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy, removing corrupt data, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Handle rental operations, ensuring agreements are up to date and addressing client/driver issues efficiently.
