Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at MTC OPERATIONS LIMITED. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to learners in a variety of electrical subjects, including level 2, 3, and HNC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective training sessions on electrical principles and industrial electrical control, motor control, and panel building.
  • Manage and develop comprehensive teaching and learning experiences, including the creation of learning content and schemes-of-work.
  • Coordinate the integration of relevant training offers from industry partners into the apprenticeship scheme of work.
  • Monitor the learning environment and ensure learner workplace Health, Safety, and welfare.
  • Support learners in achieving their apprenticeship goals and provide regular constructive feedback.
Requirements:
  • Industry-related qualifications, such as HND or NVQs.
  • 18th Edition qualification to deliver industrial electrical engineering.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 or GCSEs in Maths and English grade C or above.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • CAVA or equivalent assessor qualifications.
  • Recognised Training/Teaching Qualification.
  • Internal Quality Assurance qualifications.
